Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Introduction
AdCore Technologies Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our cloud-based anti-detect browser service (the "Service"). We operate in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Data: Name, email address, and encrypted password.
- Billing Data: IBAN, BIC, and billing address (processed via secure payment gateways like Stripe/GoCardless).
- KYC Data: Identity verification documents required for compliance checks (deleted 30 days after verification).
2.2 Service Data (Cloud Profiles)
To provide the Service, we store configuration data for your cloud profiles, including:
- Browser fingerprints (User-Agent, WebGL vendor, Canvas noise hash).
- Proxy configurations (Host, Port, Auth).
- Encrypted Cookies & LocalStorage: These are stored using AES-256 encryption. We cannot access the contents of your cookies or passwords stored within the cloud profiles unless you explicitly grant support access.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To spin up cloud containers and render browser sessions.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect multiple account abuse or illegal activities on our infrastructure.
- Billing: To process subscription payments and generate invoices.
- Communication: To send transactional emails (e.g., API keys, invoices, system alerts).
4. Profile Encryption & Security
Security is our core product. We employ a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture where possible:
- Encryption at Rest: All profile data (cookies, tabs, extensions) is encrypted on disk using AES-256.
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your local device and our cloud servers (via WebRTC/WebSocket) is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
- Isolation: Each cloud profile runs in a dedicated, isolated Docker container. Data does not leak between profiles or between users.
6. Your GDPR Rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your account and all associated cloud profiles.
