Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AdCore Cloud (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. AdCore Technologies Ltd. ("We", "Us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Account Registration & Compliance

2.1 Identity Verification

Access to AdCore Cloud is restricted. All accounts are subject to manual approval by our compliance team. We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including government-issued ID and proof of business registration, before activating your account.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. AdCore Cloud offers 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), and we strongly recommend enabling it.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. AdCore Cloud provides infrastructure for legitimate media buying, ad verification, and market research. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Financial Fraud: Carding, stealing banking credentials, or bypassing payment gateways.
• Credential Harvesting: Phishing, credential stuffing, or hacking attacks.
• DDoS & Botnets: Using our cloud infrastructure to launch denial-of-service attacks.
• Illegal Goods: Promoting illegal substances, weapons, or human trafficking.

We employ automated heuristics to detect usage patterns indicative of fraud. Violation of this AUP will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment, Trials & Refunds

4.1 Subscriptions

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Payments are processed in Euros (€). You authorize us to store your payment method and automatically charge it upon renewal.

4.2 SEPA Direct Debit

By providing your IBAN and confirming payment, you are authorizing (A) AdCore Technologies Ltd. to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and (B) your bank to debit your account in accordance with those instructions. You are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.

4.3 Free Trial

The 7-day free trial allows you to test the platform capabilities. We may perform a €0 or €1 authorization hold on your payment method to verify validity. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Ad Account Bans

AdCore Cloud provides tools to mask browser fingerprints and manage multiple accounts. However, we do not guarantee that your accounts (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) will not be banned, restricted, or suspended by third-party platforms. You assume all risks associated with your media buying activities.

5.2 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or profile corruption.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and all data associated with your cloud profiles will be securely deleted after 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
