Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with AdCore Cloud. For all first-time subscriptions (Solo and Team plans), we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the software for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial payment, you can submit a refund request here or contact billing@adcore-cloud.com.
Note: This guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of your first account. Renewals are not eligible for this guarantee.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Billing" section of your dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time in the middle of a billing cycle (except as required by law).
- Data Retention: Upon cancellation, your cloud profiles and data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Crypto Payments: Due to transaction volatility and gas fees, payments made via Bitcoin, USDT, or other cryptocurrencies are non-refundable. We may offer account credit in specific circumstances.
- Enterprise/Custom Servers: Dedicated server setups require upfront hardware provisioning costs and are non-refundable once provisioned.
- Data Transfer Fees: Any additional bandwidth overages incurred during your usage period.
4. EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer based in the EEA, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. However, by using AdCore Cloud (logging in, creating profiles, or launching a session), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or accessed.
5. SEPA Direct Debit Disputes
If you pay via SEPA Direct Debit, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.
Important: Please contact us before initiating a bank dispute. Unjustified chargebacks or disputes will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and banning of your identity from our platform.
6. Policy Violations & Bans
AdCore Cloud is an infrastructure provider. We are not responsible for how you use the browser.
- Third-Party Bans: We do not issue refunds if your accounts (Facebook, Google, etc.) are banned by third-party platforms. Managing account health is the user's responsibility.
- AUP Violations: If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., using our servers for fraud, carding, or DDoS attacks), you forfeit any right to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
